About the role

  • Recruiter managing candidate engagement and sourcing for Black & Veatch. Utilizing advanced recruitment strategies to attract and maintain candidate pipelines for future openings.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to source potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle, from job creation through offer
  • Build strong partnerships with the business, department heads, and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 2+ years related HR experience interviewing, employment Law, EEO/AAP and problem solving/conflict management
