Responsibilities

  • Driving new business development across B&I service line in UAE
  • Identity, qualify and secure new projects opportunity
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and asset owners
  • Own revenue target and pipeline performance
  • Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management
  • Collaborate with technical team to structure winning proposals

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in Sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of engineering consultancy / inspection / structural review services
  • Good relationship with Developers, consultants and contractors in UAE
  • Ability to analyze RFP documents and define commercial strategy
  • Capability to structure competitive profitable proposals
  • Knowledge of UAE construction market and regulatory landscape
  • High resilience and ability to handle long sales cycles
  • Structured time management and territory planning
  • Clear communication and stakeholders management skills
