Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in building and infrastructure projects
  • Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers and contractors
  • Promote services across the building lifecycle
  • Lead proposal development and contract negotiation processes
  • Monitor project pipelines and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales
  • Proven track record winning project-based or technical service contracts
  • Strong network in the industrial and commercial development space
  • Experience selling project-based services such as PMC, QA/QC, safety supervision, or sustainability consulting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical background preferred.
