Responsibilities
Operations & CEO support
Workflow automation using appropriate tools (e.g., n8n)
Coordination of our iterative workflow with Jira or similar tools
Business development: AI-powered market research
Customer conversations for retention and exploration of new business areas
CRM maintenance and automation for lead nurturing
Event management and marketing
Organization of approximately 4–6 industry events per year
Stakeholder networking
Preparing customer proposals
Co-developing and coordinating R&D grant proposals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience (operations, consulting, startup/scale-up)
Excellent writing skills in German and English — precise, persuasive, and error-free
Hands-on and structured — you take initiative and proactively implement automation
Demonstrable expertise in AI, tolling, transportation, or logistics
AI tools: daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
Automation: ideally n8n, Zapier, or Make
Standard tools: Jira, spreadsheets (including formulas), Notion/Asana, Google Workspace
Nice to have: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), Apps Script, basic Python
Organizational talent — you keep track of complex projects
Strong communication skills — confident in customer interactions
Self-starter — you identify needs and take action
