About the role

  • Corporate Account Manager handling relationships with corporate clients across Central & Western Europe for Bupa. Ensuring retention and growth through strong partnership and support.

Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and brokers across Central & Western Europe.
  • Represent the Bupa Global brand by providing clear, thoughtful and tailored support that reflects our values.
  • Lead negotiation and finalisation of annual contract renewals, making sure each one runs smoothly, aligns with client needs and supports retention.
  • Manage client account plans, including preparing high‑quality presentations, reports and analysis that comply with brand and regulatory expectations.
  • Offer insights on claims activity, benefits, regulation changes and market trends to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Support regional teams with new business activity, including pitches and networking events, helping strengthen Bupa's presence and relationships across the region.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell or adapt coverage to meet global, compliant needs.
  • Champion client feedback, sharing insights across the business to help strengthen our value proposition and customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with Bupa Global propositions, industry developments and regulatory requirements affecting our corporate partners.

Requirements

  • A solid background in global health insurance or transferable experience from financial services such as life insurance, banking or wealth management.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to build robust proposals that balance customer and business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills — you’ll be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and driving positive outcomes.
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
  • Knowledge of risk and pricing approaches to support profitable client management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with energy and commitment to support colleagues and deliver results.
  • Experience in process improvement or project work.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Business-level skills in another Central or Western European language are an advantage.
  • The ability to travel internationally for strategic internal and external meetings.
