About the role

  • Social Media Executive at Bulk™ driving engagement and creating content on social platforms. Collaborate with the team to manage social presence and respond to audience interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Live on Social (not just scrolling - you understand why content works)
  • Spot trends early (formats, sounds, editing styles) and turn them into original, on-brand ideas.
  • Push boundaries - test new formats, captions, hooks, and storytelling styles to drive engagement.
  • Stay ahead of algorithms, features and platform changes so our content never feels stale or late.
  • Experiment fearlessly: not everything has to be perfect, but it does have to be interesting.
  • Monitor competitors, creators, and cultural moments in fitness, lifestyle, and beyond.
  • Understand what performs organically and how it can translate into paid social.
  • Master Planner Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - on time & consistently, like clockwork.
  • Brief in platform-specific content that aligns with our brand voice: be the go-to social person.
  • Own the monthly social content calendars, campaign plans, and schedules.
  • Writing and editing copy across social, ensuring the brand's tone of voice is maintained.
  • Confidently collate and analyse data to figure out what’s resonating and how we can do better.
  • Content Creator Create and edit social-first content when needed, using tools like Canva & CapCut.
  • Confidently edit short-form video, carousels and stories.
  • Capture content in real time - events, ambassador shoots, workouts, interviews and challenges.
  • Community Builder You genuinely care about a customer's experience and love talking to our audiences: responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Become a brand advocate: foster a loyal online community.
  • Monitor and manage our brand’s reputation across all social channels - flag issues where needed and recommend replies.

Requirements

  • A team player who lives and breathes social media, with real experience or side projects that show your passion in action.
  • Creative thinker, full of ideas with a pulse on what’s trending in social media and pop culture.
  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of managing social channels.
  • Proven experience creating great social content using tools like Canva and Capcut.
  • Confident reporting results and making recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about connecting with audiences and building a vibrant online community.
