About the role

  • Payroll Specialist conducting payroll processing and advising clients on tax and social security matters in a dynamic team environment. Support for clients in the construction industry with a focus on process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform payroll processing
  • Advise clients on payroll tax and social security matters
  • Update master data
  • Communicate with authorities, health insurers and external partners
  • Opportunity for development within a dynamic team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in independently handling payroll, ideally in construction payroll
  • Good understanding of payroll tax and social security regulations
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Very good German language skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
