About the role

  • Finance Support Specialist assisting clients in finance and software usage with BRZ 365 Finance. Ensuring effective use of financial modules and client training.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for our clients in finance and accounting
  • Professional support for the use of our financial modules on the BRZ 365 Finance platform
  • Identify and escalate root causes of functional or process-related issues
  • Actively contribute to optimizing the service, support, and process landscape
  • Create and maintain knowledge documentation and training materials
  • Conduct training — one-on-one or in groups

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance (e.g., bookkeeping, controlling, period/year-end closing)
  • Customer- and service-oriented
  • Technical understanding and interest in software products
  • Structured, self-directed, proactive, and a team player
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Willingness to work both on-site (Leipzig or Nuremberg) and remotely (home office)
