Point of contact for our clients in finance and accounting
Professional support for the use of our financial modules on the BRZ 365 Finance platform
Identify and escalate root causes of functional or process-related issues
Actively contribute to optimizing the service, support, and process landscape
Create and maintain knowledge documentation and training materials
Conduct training — one-on-one or in groups
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance (e.g., bookkeeping, controlling, period/year-end closing)
Customer- and service-oriented
Technical understanding and interest in software products
Structured, self-directed, proactive, and a team player
Excellent written and spoken German
Willingness to work both on-site (Leipzig or Nuremberg) and remotely (home office)
