About the role

Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming orders and tracking their status
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Supporting and advising customers and suppliers
  • Telephone and written communication with suppliers and customers
  • Maintaining and entering master data
  • Issuing credit notes and handling complaints

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade
  • Outgoing personality and enjoyment of telephone communication
  • Reliable, structured and service-oriented way of working
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Friendly and professional manner — in writing and on the phone
