About the role

  • Intern in Customer Service supporting contract management and order processing in a global company. Engaging in diverse teams and improving customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract management by entering and verifying contract and service orders in SAP/NSAP or equivalent systems, ensuring accurate data and SLA compliance.
  • Perform simple system adjustments when requested by the Pricing or Commercial teams.
  • Assist in validating information on customer portals, supporting the issuance of RANFs and service invoices.
  • Assist with Order Management, monitoring the full order cycle (manual entry and via Portalink).
  • Update internal controls (Excel, SharePoint, trackers) to ensure traceability of requests.
  • Communicate status and support the resolution of simple operational incidents, interfacing with the Commercial, CS, Services and Pricing teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or technologist program on the evening schedule. Cannot be attending a full-time daytime program;
  • Available to intern for at least 1.5 to 2 years;
  • Reside in Suzano and/or have easy access to commute to the site;
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Intermediate English
  • Organized, communicative and collaborative profile, with a continuous development mindset.
