Responsibilities

  • Product and general support for our web hosting and domain customers
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Product testing and active participation in product development
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in customer support
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and customer focus
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • EU citizenship or valid work authorization for the EU
