About the role

  • Customer Support Representative managing ERP customer inquiries in packaging industry. Handling 1st and 2nd level support cases while documenting system functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage an existing ERP customer portfolio
  • Handle support cases in the 1st and 2nd level helpdesk
  • Review and process system functions and customer requirements
  • Version and test management
  • Creation of documentation

Requirements

  • Vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann), IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann)
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry and/or SQL Server is an advantage
  • Strong IT affinity and technical understanding
  • Team player with good communication skills
