Responsibilities
Receiving and handling customer inquiries from the Italian and Spanish shops via phone and e-mail
Providing solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries (B2C and B2B)
Processing complaints as well as maintaining and updating customer data
Advising on our product range and preparing tailored offers
Maintaining and monitoring the webshops (content, product data, quality assurance)
Requirements
Very good Italian and/or Spanish language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1)
Good German or English skills for internal coordination
Confident IT skills (e.g., CRM/ticketing systems, MS Office)
Careful data management
Experience in customer service/support or administrative processing, ideally in e-commerce
Experience with shop or CMS systems
Product affinity for the agricultural/pasture-fencing environment
B2B experience
