About the role

  • VP Sales EMEA leading Brevo's Mid Market and Enterprise sales efforts across the EMEA region. Responsible for driving revenue growth and executing sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the EMEA Pro and Enterprise Sales organization, managing senior leaders and their teams
  • Define the regional go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Drive predictable revenue growth and consistent overachievement against targets
  • Implement best-in-class sales operations and forecasting processes
  • Coach, mentor, and develop managers and their teams to ensure continuous improvement, alignment, and strong leadership culture
  • Partner with the CRO and Global Sales Leadership to ensure strategic alignment across all regions
  • Represent Brevo externally, building relationships with key clients and enterprise partners
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, balancing ambition and collaboration

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing leaders (Directors, Heads of, Team Leads)
  • Proven track record in MarTech or adjacent SaaS industries, with experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Strong background in scaling sales organizations across multiple countries in EMEA
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance frameworks
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (French is a strong plus)
  • Experience in an international or multicultural company is highly appreciated
