Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced digital agency. Partnering with department leads to attract high-quality talent in Media, Marketing, and Technology.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple business units.
Build job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview processes aligned to each department’s needs.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Proactively source talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and referrals.
Build and maintain warm pipelines for high-demand roles including: Creative & Production, Social & Marketing, Performance Marketing, Data & Tech.
Advise hiring managers on market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practice.
Run effective briefing sessions to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Work closely with Resourcing Managers to fulfill staffing requests and ensure compliance.
Manage Bamboo ATS workflows, reporting, and candidate compliance.
Produce quarterly recruitment reports and present findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing/inbound pipeline development.
Experience partnering with resourcing or project management teams on freelance/contract needs.
Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of filling niche or technical roles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment.
