About the role

  • Senior Account Manager leading day-to-day client communications and account development. Helping brands navigate the social era for effective brand building at Born Social.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on day-to-day client communications
  • Building deep & long-lasting relationships
  • Working with the Account Director to spot opportunities for account development
  • Formulate a structure for communication on large and complex scopes of work
  • Assessing output to ensure it aligns with client objectives
  • Working closely with our Strategy team to articulate results & insights

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in social media (agency-side preferable)
  • Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business
  • Highly organised: ability to run a tight ship
  • Love brands and social media: fascinated by brands and how they market themselves
  • Pride in your work: meticulous about our approach
