Responsibilities
Develop new business, strengthen the active customer portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
Manage the active portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue growth
Serve direct customers and customers through distributors
Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with company strategy
Work consultatively, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions
Requirements
Must reside in the city of São Paulo (SP)
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
Experience in prospecting, account management, and consultative negotiation
Experience with indirect channels/distributors
Proficiency with analytical tools and performance indicators (KPIs)
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on targets and results
