About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for business development and client management with BOLD Snacks in São Paulo. Focus on consultative sales and partnership building in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business, strengthen the active customer portfolio, and represent BOLD in the state
  • Manage the active portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue growth
  • Serve direct customers and customers through distributors
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial conditions aligned with company strategy
  • Work consultatively, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions

Requirements

  • Must reside in the city of São Paulo (SP)
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields
  • Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
  • Experience in prospecting, account management, and consultative negotiation
  • Experience with indirect channels/distributors
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on targets and results
