Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists
Design and implement enterprise coaching development strategy
Curate partnerships with top-tier executive coaching firms to build capacity
Design and launch scalable coaching intake and matching process
Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organizational challenges
Conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, culture, and effectiveness
Deliver 1:1 and team coaching engagements at the executive level
Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines and shape organizational culture
Develop evidence-based leadership programs to create measurable impact
Measure the effectiveness of Executive Coaching and Organizational Development interventions
Requirements
10+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development
5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
5+ years of experience in facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives and senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified in and experience debriefing 360 and other psychometric assessments at the executive level
5+ years of executive-level coaching experience including a minimum of Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
