About the role

  • Human Resources Business Partner supporting leaders in aligning people strategies with business objectives. Engaging in coaching, performance management, and employee relations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders
  • Align people strategies with business objectives
  • Drive performance and enable a culture of accountability and success
  • Support business transformation initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Work with Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning & Development

Requirements

  • Certificate in Human Resources Management, CHRP an asset
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist capacity: within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior leaders through strong business acumen and people insight.
  • Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic and tactical work.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to engage with regional Sales teams and leaders.
