Responsibilities
Oversee Global HR Operations team responsible for processes and procedures ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws.
Create and maintain company policies.
Manage U.S. Immigration cases.
Identify global compliance gaps and develop a roadmap to close gaps.
Process owner for all HR internal controls and coordinate with auditors regarding audit documentation.
Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and standard Policies, Processes and Procedures.
Partner with HR Technology team for HR system configuration changes and data governance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business-related degree required.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing a Human Resources team and/or progressive experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner managing a client group with HR operations experience.
HRIS experience required.
SAP, iCIMS experience a plus!
Must have a sense of humor!
Strong communications skills; both written and oral with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations.
Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to analyze complex information and to define and solve problems.
Experience developing processes, procedures, and policies to reinforce U.S. employment laws.
Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.
Self-directed and can work well under pressure, multi-task, and produce results.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
Able to build and maintain process documentation, tools, tracking, etc.…
Able to collaborate with teams in different regions - understanding regional needs and nuances.
Able to work with data analytics and make decisions on process and system changes.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to relationship-building, both internally and externally.
