About the role

  • Manager overseeing Global HR Operations and Compliance, ensuring U.S. immigration and HR processes align with laws. Collaborating with legal and HR teams for data integrity and policy maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Global HR Operations team responsible for processes and procedures ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws.
  • Create and maintain company policies.
  • Manage U.S. Immigration cases.
  • Identify global compliance gaps and develop a roadmap to close gaps.
  • Process owner for all HR internal controls and coordinate with auditors regarding audit documentation.
  • Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and standard Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Partner with HR Technology team for HR system configuration changes and data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business-related degree required.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing a Human Resources team and/or progressive experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner managing a client group with HR operations experience.
  • HRIS experience required.
  • SAP, iCIMS experience a plus!
  • Must have a sense of humor!
  • Strong communications skills; both written and oral with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to analyze complex information and to define and solve problems.
  • Experience developing processes, procedures, and policies to reinforce U.S. employment laws.
  • Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed and can work well under pressure, multi-task, and produce results.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Able to build and maintain process documentation, tools, tracking, etc.…
  • Able to collaborate with teams in different regions - understanding regional needs and nuances.
  • Able to work with data analytics and make decisions on process and system changes.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to relationship-building, both internally and externally.
