Responsibilities
Review physician orders and verify accuracy prior to equipment setup
Set up CPAP, BiPAP, and related respiratory equipment according to prescribed settings
Educate patients on proper use, mask fitting, cleaning, and maintenance
Demonstrate equipment operation and answer patient questions
Ensure patients understand compliance requirements and follow-up procedures
Accurately document patient information, equipment serial numbers, and setup details
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required documentation
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Friendly, outgoing communicator who loves connecting with people
Skilled with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software
Super organized with a keen eye for detail
