Responsibilities
Manage sales activities in the Strategic District for NetApp Products and Professional Services.
Provide leadership and oversight to Client Executives and communicate corporate strategy.
Develop long-term and shorter-term revenue strategies.
Build internal and external relationships and partnerships.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team.
Lead change initiatives and translate them into action plans.
Plan and direct activities, including forecasts, marketing programs, and customer satisfaction.
Establish goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives.
Identify resource needs and propose budgets for Senior Management review.
Anticipate and address challenges with contingency plans.
Identify and qualify strategic sales opportunities.
Review management plans with other District Managers.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of sales experience as a Client Executive and 3-5 years in a People Manager role is required.
Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
