Responsibilities
Ensure product availability at all relevant channels within the assigned territory
Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets; identify opportunities and potential in the area
Maintain and enhance trade relations to drive sustainable growth
Execute trade/consumer activations and merchandising (visibility) programs; participate in pet shows and meet veterinary doctors
Be accountable for all operational programs and on-ground execution in the assigned area
Manage distributor operations: ensure compliance, efficiency, and on-time deliveries; monitor overheads and ensure timely payments
Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for distributors; ensure product availability and merchandising in line with plans
Manage the secondary sales force: compliance, trainings, performance evaluations, coordination with distributors, and optimization of expenditure
Requirements
1–7 years of experience in a sales role within the Pet segment/industry
Experience in distributor management and secondary sales force oversight, including activations and merchandising
Strong communication skills with poise and confidence
Analytical, flexible, resourceful, and innovative
Graduate degree preferred (any discipline)
