Responsibilities
Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity.
Assist the ASM and SM in leveraging reporting and sales trends.
Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks.
Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling.
Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and lead a team in a high-volume retail environment.
Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
