  • Business Development Representative helping onboard new customers for Parabola's workflow automation solution. Driving outreach to engage potential clients and assist the sales team in revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • learning what makes customers tick
  • connecting the dots between painful parts of an operator’s job and how Parabola can help
  • driving revenue growth by empowering sales team with leads
  • sharing approaches that work with the team
  • setting up meetings for Account Executives
  • making 50+ dials per day to connect and add value
  • personalizing outreach to ideal customers
  • mastering product, buyer persona, and customer journey
  • thinking about new and creative experiments to test messaging

  • excited to receive feedback and seek coaching opportunities

  • comfortable commuting to the NYC office 3-4x a week
