About the role

  • Sales Support lead at Big Dutchman ensuring smooth order processes and customer relations. Overseeing teams and coordinating with multiple departments for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial and technical review and approval of orders
  • Coordination with responsible interfaces (Sales, Technical, Logistics, Customer Service)
  • Functional and disciplinary management of the Sales Coordinators
  • Ensuring support for sales, customers, agents and subsidiaries
  • Planning and ensuring smooth operations with available resources

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g., Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration) or a comparable commercial or technical qualification
  • Experience in sales or inside sales, with strong commercial understanding and a technical affinity
  • Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and a structured, independent way of working
  • Leadership competence and the ability to motivate and successfully lead teams
  • Business-fluent German and English
