Assisting the sales team with day-to-day activities, including supporting client onboarding, maintaining updated records, and administering customer data
Ensure that all customer-related documents are prepared, administered, and followed up according to the bank's internal regulations and forms
Assist other co-workers who have a direct impact on the sales administration process
Work as a team member with other units of the bank
Requirements
Previous experience as an assistant or sales assistant, within the fintech, financial services, or banking industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Accuracy, even when handling routine and repetitive tasks
Strong desire to continuously expand one's knowledge
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
