About the role

  • Head of Sales responsible for scaling F2’s private equity and private credit revenue motion. Leading a team and shaping sales strategy for complex investor deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth for private equity and private credit customers
  • Lead, coach, and develop two experienced AEs in a player-coach model
  • Actively participate in complex, high-value sales cycles with senior investors
  • Build and refine a repeatable enterprise sales motion for the investor ICP
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with credibility and precision
  • Partner with product and leadership to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Help define the next phase of sales team growth and structure

Requirements

  • Have experience as an investor, analyst, or associate, and have sold software to investors
  • Understand both the investment workflow and the enterprise sales motion
  • Have closed mid to high ticket software deals with long sales cycles
  • Are comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Bring strong judgment, executive presence, and credibility in investor conversations
  • Have people management experience or are ready to step into formal leadership
  • Enjoy building while staying close to customers and deals
