Own revenue growth for private equity and private credit customers
Lead, coach, and develop two experienced AEs in a player-coach model
Actively participate in complex, high-value sales cycles with senior investors
Build and refine a repeatable enterprise sales motion for the investor ICP
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with credibility and precision
Partner with product and leadership to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Help define the next phase of sales team growth and structure
Requirements
Have experience as an investor, analyst, or associate, and have sold software to investors
Understand both the investment workflow and the enterprise sales motion
Have closed mid to high ticket software deals with long sales cycles
Are comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Bring strong judgment, executive presence, and credibility in investor conversations
Have people management experience or are ready to step into formal leadership
Enjoy building while staying close to customers and deals
