About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner supporting recruitment efforts at Big Viking Games during a high-priority hiring period. Focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating for candidate logistics in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for active roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Review resumes and conduct initial qualification screens (experience, availability, location, comp alignment)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate tracking and pipeline hygiene in Workable
  • Support hiring managers and recruiters with candidate logistics and follow-ups
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding handoff
  • Help keep roles moving forward and prevent bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent support
  • Comfortable reviewing resumes and conducting basic screening conversations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and follow defined processes
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Experience with Workable or similar ATS
  • Exposure to tech, gaming, or startup environments
  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
  • Prior contract or agency experience
