Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full employee life cycle
  • Lead and improve peer and performance review cycles
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
  • Drive improvements in internal HR processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the employee life cycle
  • Proven experience leading performance review processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Analytical thinking
  • Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian
  • At least an intermediate level of English
