About the role

  • Internship in HR focusing on building dashboards and supporting recruitment analytics. Working in a dynamic environment at Bernoulli Educação.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for the Attraction and Selection (Talent Acquisition) area;
  • Support the organization and analysis of job vacancy pipelines;
  • Monitor team capacity planning and productivity metrics;
  • Support data analyses and automation projects;
  • Help define and track efficiency, quality, and speed indicators;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled (from the 6th semester onward) in Production Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related programs;
  • Comfortable working with data and logical reasoning (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets are a plus);
  • Enjoy solving problems, testing hypotheses, and generating insights;
  • Curious, autonomous, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
