Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for the Attraction and Selection (Talent Acquisition) area;
Support the organization and analysis of job vacancy pipelines;
Monitor team capacity planning and productivity metrics;
Support data analyses and automation projects;
Help define and track efficiency, quality, and speed indicators;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
Currently enrolled (from the 6th semester onward) in Production Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related programs;
Comfortable working with data and logical reasoning (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets are a plus);
Enjoy solving problems, testing hypotheses, and generating insights;
Curious, autonomous, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
