About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting digital product routines at Bernoulli Education. Ensuring organization and flow of internal processes while assisting financial routine management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the administrative routines of the Digital Products Directorate, ensuring organization and the proper flow of internal processes.
  • Assist in preparing supporting materials and presentations for the department.
  • Manage purchase requests, organize demands, and monitor internal workflows.
  • Organize supplier documentation, ensuring records are up to date and accessible.
  • Post invoice entries and support the department's financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency of the financial routines related to the directorate's administrative activities.
  • Contribute to monitoring and controlling budgets, consolidating the department's financial information.
  • Support the organization and tracking of the Digital Products Directorate's budget.
  • Support operational relationships with suppliers.
  • Keep supplier records up to date.
  • Organize documents and information related to suppliers, ensuring easy access and control.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with administrative and/or financial routines is required.
  • Experience handling payment control, invoice entries, or related activities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines, such as payment workflows, invoices, and purchase requests.
  • Knowledge of the RM TOTVS system is a plus.
