Management of insurance and contract matters, including communication with insurers and service providers, coordination, maintenance and updating of policies and framework agreements
Ensuring efficient office operations through structured process organization, proactive planning, and service-oriented support for all internal departments
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Strong commercial and analytical understanding, particularly in working with numbers, calculations, invoices and cost centers
Experience with administrative procedures and purchasing/procurement is an advantage
Structured, careful and independent working style with strong organizational skills
Confident user of the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly Excel
