Responsibilities

  • Set up and explain CPAP devices like a pro (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
  • Teach patients the “why” behind CPAP therapy and how to use it
  • Keep patients on track with their therapy goals
  • Be part of monthly team check-ins and training sessions
  • Handle phone calls, coordinate care with doctors, and support caregivers
  • Enter patient info, complete documentation, and use our POS system for sales/rentals
  • Be a key player in helping people sleep better and live healthier

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with CPAP/sleep tech is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Customer service superpowers
  • Comfort teaching others how to use medical equipment
