  • B2C Sales Manager responsible for subscription sales at Berliner Verlag expanding in eastern Germany. Focusing on building customer relationships and sales strategies in new regions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand our subscription sales structures in the new regions
  • Identify and acquire new private customers through direct marketing, promotional activities, and digital campaigns
  • Manage subscribers and develop measures to improve customer retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Design and implement regionally aligned sales strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in the media, publishing, or subscription sector
  • Strong communicator with a persuasive personality and a hands-on mentality
  • Pronounced service and results orientation
  • Independent working style and willingness to travel regionally
  • High affinity for print and digital media
  • Excellent German language skills
