Responsibilities
You actively identify new leads and build a reliable sales pipeline.
You develop creative, targeted customer acquisition strategies and proactively reach out to prospects.
You conduct initial meetings, qualify leads and manage the entire acquisition process through to closing.
You accurately analyze customer needs and position SPiNE as a solution partner.
You build a strong network within the energy and tech sectors — and leverage it for sustainable growth.
You work closely with our Head of Sales and the founding team to implement go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management — ideally in technology, energy, or renewable energy.
A clear hunting spirit: proactive, persistent, and motivated by closing deals.
Proactive personality with a confident presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Based in Munich or the surrounding area — we value your presence in the office while offering flexible remote working arrangements.
Independent, organized, and solution-oriented when collaborating with customers, project partners, and other departments.
