About the role

  • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients for sales executives. Join a major software company in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating lists to identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients with the goal of passing the best opportunities to sales executives.
  • Responsible for generating insights to improve prospecting processes.
  • Segment and manage prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies and technology.
  • Map information about prospects, identifying decision-makers via phone, email, or social networks to present the product/service.
  • Understand and neutralize the main objections of potential clients.
  • Improve and collect commercial information.
  • Map sales opportunities and present our products/services.
  • Schedule meetings for closing sales between potential clients and our sales executives.
  • Make first contact with leads.
  • Work on social selling and deepen relationships with leads through social channels.
  • Share knowledge about prospect behavior with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide the commercial team with insights to improve the definition of the ICP - Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Actively work on improving prospecting processes.
  • Serve as an interface between sales and marketing.
  • Achieve opportunity targets.
  • Develop automations within prospecting tools.

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn for sales techniques
  • Experience
  • Experience with B2B digital product sales campaigns
  • Knowledge of social selling and SPIN Selling is desirable
  • Computer skills: intermediate Microsoft Office
