About the role

  • Agent(e) de service à la clientèle, répondant aux demandes liées aux primes à Beneva. Analyse des dossiers et traitement des appels concernant les modalités de paiement, tant en français qu’en anglais.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service for the collections department by answering phone calls regarding payment arrangements.
  • Inform and explain to clients the status of their premium payments and withdrawals.
  • Identify potential errors and perform necessary corrections.
  • Analyze payment requests and advise clients in cases of missing payments.
  • Propose payment arrangements and ensure follow-up.

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
