  • Technical Sales Engineer specializing in solution-oriented sales for Beijer Electronics. Identifying new customers, showcasing solutions, and collaborating with partners in Turkey.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new potential customers and build strong relationships
  • Showcase the value of solutions to customers
  • Focus on finding projects and improvement opportunities
  • Act as a trusted product consultant in the field
  • Shape work to align with company vision
  • Collaborate strategically with partners
  • Conduct customer visits and organize events
  • Manage CRM, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Act as the link between the market and the company

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a commercial focus
  • Technical knowledge in HMI, PLC, and familiarity with Codesys and Drives
  • Knowledge of open web technologies (OPC-UA, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong expertise in both hardware and software
  • Experience managing customer projects and project management
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Understanding of communication solutions and digitalization (Bonus)
  • Background in the marine or manufacturing segments (Bonus)
  • Broad technical knowledge of solutions/applications (Bonus)
  • Familiarity with IFS or similar ERP systems (Bonus)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Bonus)
