Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Manage candidate communications, scheduling, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records in our Ashby applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process improvements
- Help manage recruiting operations projects (e.g., job descriptions, templates, metrics, reporting)
- Ensure all candidates have a positive and timely experience from first touch to close
- Greet candidates upon arrival, prepare meeting rooms before candidate onsite interviews
- Be a Brand Ambassador of Beacon at recruiting events to give a glimpse into the awesome culture that candidates look forward to joining
- Assist with data hygiene and integrity by verifying documents, data, and other details related to the hiring process
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated success in multitasking and coordinating parallel deadlines
- Professional, responsive, and positive attitude with candidates and colleagues
- Proficiency with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby)
- Positive attitude, and a ‘no task too small’ mindset
