Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and strategic account sales plans involving multiple stakeholders and buyers to grow assigned products.
Effectively deploy clinically relevant product features, benefits, and economic justification to define the value of our offerings.
Coordinate decision makers and influencers across the customer buying process to secure contractual purchase agreements.
Attain or exceed overall sales plan for the DS product portfolio, including Manual Microbiology, Blood Culture, TB, ID/AST, and Molecular Diagnostics.
Manage the sales process across clinical laboratory, infectious disease clinicians, pharmacy, value analysis, and hospital administration.
Create demand, deliver product information and demonstrations, and orchestrate new customer acquisition strategies.
Develop account strategies and close accounts within the assigned territory using a coordinated team selling model.
Requirements
BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
MT (ASCP) or Microbiology degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of documented top-tier sales performance (top 20%) in laboratory products required
At least 1 year of clinical laboratory and/or hospital sales experience preferred
Combination of clinical market, financial, or technical selling experience required
