About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for selling diagnostic solutions in hospitals and clinical labs. Driving growth for the product portfolio across multiple stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory and strategic account sales plans involving multiple stakeholders and buyers to grow assigned products.
  • Effectively deploy clinically relevant product features, benefits, and economic justification to define the value of our offerings.
  • Coordinate decision makers and influencers across the customer buying process to secure contractual purchase agreements.
  • Attain or exceed overall sales plan for the DS product portfolio, including Manual Microbiology, Blood Culture, TB, ID/AST, and Molecular Diagnostics.
  • Manage the sales process across clinical laboratory, infectious disease clinicians, pharmacy, value analysis, and hospital administration.
  • Create demand, deliver product information and demonstrations, and orchestrate new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop account strategies and close accounts within the assigned territory using a coordinated team selling model.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • MT (ASCP) or Microbiology degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of documented top-tier sales performance (top 20%) in laboratory products required
  • At least 1 year of clinical laboratory and/or hospital sales experience preferred
  • Combination of clinical market, financial, or technical selling experience required
