Sales Executive responsible for maintaining client relationships and sales management at BAUMINAS Águas. Focus on client acquisition, proposal presentation, and market analysis.
Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the client portfolio through sales follow-up and close customer relationships;
Prepare and present commercial proposals;
Manage the sales portfolio, keeping agreed commercial terms and customer registration information up to date in the system;
Identify and prospect new potential customers;
Work together with the Group's technical team to ensure appropriate solutions for customers;
Conduct customer visits;
Present products and services, and when appropriate and qualified, propose and perform product demonstrations and trainings;
Conduct negotiations;
Propose customer retention actions;
Participate in trade shows and events related to the commercial area or the portfolio’s interests to build networks and generate future contacts and commercial agreements;
Prepare quotes and proposals and send them to customers;
Propose internal and external improvements aimed at maximizing business performance (logistics, technical, and other improvements);
Monitor competitors’ actions within the sales portfolio and periodically provide the market intelligence department with collected information;
Prepare analytical sales reports when requested;
Manage contracts, enter orders into the ERP system, complete the checklist for registering new customers, request credit limits from the finance department, inform customers of balances when requested, add or update data in contract control and forward to management, directors and commercial team;
Provide customer support, continuously tracking order processing and seeking solutions when issues arise regarding invoices, finance, logistics, or other demands, aiming to reduce or eliminate pending issues, ensure process accuracy, secure payments and customer satisfaction;
Support the sustainability of the business by monitoring sales actions and planning;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Microsoft Office; experience in inside and outside sales; negotiation skills; ability to develop new opportunities from existing customers; experience prospecting new clients; execution of the Sales Plan (PV); ability to develop technical solutions; planning and executing visits according to routes.
RECOMMENDED KNOWLEDGE: commercial experience in the industrial sector; BI platforms; workflows; ERPs; CRMs
