Responsibilities
Deliver against annual RWE revenue targets.
Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, opportunity shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
Develop and execute strategic account plans across priority segments.
Build and expand executive-level relationships within pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Identify unmet evidence needs and align Healwell AI’s RWE capabilities to client strategic priorities.
Collaborate with the Clinical Sciences Team to ensure commercial proposals align with scientific delivery plans.
Ensure seamless transition from sales to RWE Delivery Team.
Requirements
5+ years in Real-World Evidence, HEOR, life sciences consulting, CRO, healthcare analytics, or related commercial roles.
Demonstrated success owning full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
Strong existing relationships within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies preferred.
Experience selling complex evidence or analytics solutions.
Familiarity working within healthcare regulatory environments.
