About the role

  • Account Director responsible for driving RWE revenue growth and strategic expansion at Healwell AI. Leading commercial processes and collaborating with scientific teams for effective delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against annual RWE revenue targets.
  • Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, opportunity shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across priority segments.
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships within pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
  • Identify unmet evidence needs and align Healwell AI’s RWE capabilities to client strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sciences Team to ensure commercial proposals align with scientific delivery plans.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to RWE Delivery Team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Real-World Evidence, HEOR, life sciences consulting, CRO, healthcare analytics, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated success owning full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong existing relationships within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies preferred.
  • Experience selling complex evidence or analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity working within healthcare regulatory environments.
