About the role

  • Sales Representative for Johnson & Johnson's Surgery division, focusing on clinical sales and customer relationships. Involves representation of surgical technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Empathetic and committed representation of the SURGERY brand is your core responsibility.
  • Clinical customer support
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasers, and other decision-makers
  • Conducting product trainings such as laparoscopy courses and user trainings
  • Sales and territory responsibility
  • Responsibility for total sales within the defined sales territory
  • Close collaboration and coordination with colleagues and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally in a clinical environment, or training in the OR area or in medical technology
  • Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or Natural Sciences is a plus
  • Confident use of IT tools, particularly MS Office
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
