About the role

  • IC Strategic AE owning healthcare accounts (providers, payors, healthtech) in a high-trust, high-rigor environment. Collaborating across teams to meet privacy, security, and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Own a strategic healthcare territory: target list, account plans, and pipeline generation
  • Multi-thread into Engineering, Security/Compliance, IT, and Procurement
  • Translate privacy/security constraints into a clear deployment and governance path
  • Run evaluations/POVs and build business cases tied to time-to-delivery and reduced toil
  • Navigate security reviews, contracting, and longer procurement cycles
  • Drive land-and-expand with enablement plans and usage-based expansion strategies
  • Bring healthcare-specific requirements back to Product and GTM

Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise closing experience; healthcare or regulated vertical experience preferred
  • Familiar with HIPAA/PHI expectations and how enterprise security reviews work
  • You're a true hunter - you proactively build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, creative sourcing, and relentless follow-up, rather than relying on inbound demand
  • Technically fluent and credible with engineering + security leadership
  • You’re rigorous, organized, and thrive as an IC owning complex cycles end-to-end
