Responsibilities
Prospecting new partners: identify potential partners aligned with the company’s strategy by conducting market research, commercial outreach, and presentations about the partnership model.
Leading onboarding: organize and execute the integration process for new partners, ensuring they understand the value proposition, tools, processes, and KPIs required for a successful operation.
Ongoing relationship management: maintain regular contact with existing partners, monitor results, address requests, provide support, and identify new joint growth opportunities.
Monitoring metrics and performance: analyze KPIs to evaluate partner performance, recommend improvements, and report results to leadership.
Internal collaboration: work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a positive partner experience.
Company representation: participate in events, meetings, and presentations to strengthen brand presence and expand the partner network.
Requirements
Previous experience in the B2B market, preferably within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Experience in strategic partnerships, commercial relationship management, sales, or related roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust-based relationships.
Strong negotiation skills, critical analysis, and business acumen.
Highly organized, autonomous, and consistently results-oriented.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), data analysis (advanced-level Excel/Google Sheets), and the creation of executive presentations.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Economics, International Relations, International Trade, or related fields.
