About the role
- Carrying out payroll processing for subsidiaries of Banijay Germany
- Managing assigned payroll groups and ensuring accurate payroll results
- Responsible for master and transaction data and serving as the interface to authorities
- Advising employees on payroll-related questions
Requirements
- Commercial or tax-clerk qualification (e.g., kaufmännische Ausbildung or Steuerfachangestellte)
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Very good knowledge of tax and social security regulations
- Solid experience with at least one common payroll software, preferably Hansalog or Vision
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style
- Friendly demeanor, discretion, and strong communication skills
