About the role

  • Administrative Assistant II responsible for managing supplier payments and contracts while supporting security and HR. Working onsite in Brasília with a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative activities related to supplier payments and contract management.
  • Provide support to Physical Security, Corporate Communications and Human Resources.
  • Organize internal events and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in the area.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate English (preferred).
  • Experience with the SAP system (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferably in Business Administration).
