Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for payroll controlling, including payroll-related analyses and reports
Responsibility for controlling in the area of KTG (daily sickness benefit) & UVG (accident insurance)
Reconciliation with financial accounting (FIBU) in connection with payroll and social insurance data
Responsibility for reviewing time tracking and preparing related analyses
Responsibility for employee exit planning, including all social insurance–related matters
Subject-matter responsibility in the Abacus project (Payroll / HR)
Ensuring correct processes are applied in Mirus
Ensuring compliance with the L-GAV and implementing payroll and employment law requirements
Co-responsibility for payroll- and social insurance–related matters in the 2026 annual financial statements
Supporting the Payroll Assistant in complex social insurance cases
Requirements
Several years of professional experience as a payroll expert with solid knowledge of social insurances (Switzerland)
Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurances (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, etc.)
Excellent user skills in Abacus and Mirus – mandatory
Very good knowledge of the L-GAV
