Payroll Specialist for operational processing of Italian payroll at CloudPay. Ensuring accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information for clients.
Responsibilities
Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations
Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement
Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll
Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations
Maintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully
Requirements
Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred
Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc.
Experience in any related payroll software and MS Office – Excel and Word
Experience of Zucchetti would be beneficial
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
Forward thinking, able to plan and organise own workload
Strong Italian and English languages skills required
